steel sandwich board is made of high-quality PVC plastic-steel tile as surface and noncombustible EPS material as core. These layers are conglutinated by powerful polyurethane bond. It is a new style compound material, featuring in light weight, cheaper, and fast installation. It also feature in insulating heat and sound more than traditional color steel sandwich board. Its anticorrosion, antirust, waterproof and heat-preservation are achieved at one time. It looks beautiful and can be used long time.
Advantages:
1. Light weight, convenient installation, short construction period.
2. Heat conduction coefficient:0.035W/mk，good insulating heat performance.
3. Anticorrosion. When it is dipped in salt and below 60% alkali and acid solutions for 24hours, no chemical reactions happen.
4. High intension. It can be used as envelop construction, bearing construction. Pillar and girder are no need for common buildings.
5. Low cost. It is 20% lower than other steel constructions.
6. Waterproof function and decoration. Its surface is colorful and light, beautiful and long use time.
